Initial Diagnostic/Minimum Service Fee: £50
Hourly Rate: £35 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour
Subscription Plans: Monthly or Annual plans for regular remote maintenance and system monitoring available.
Note: A travel fee may apply depending on your distance from our service centre.

Access Granted: You grant us one-time, limited access to view and control your screen (only when you authorise it). You are in control and can watch every step we take.

Diagnosis & Repair: Our technician remotely diagnoses the issue, removes problems, optimises settings, and ensures everything is running smoothly.

Complete Disconnection: Once the repair is complete, the connection is instantly and securely terminated. We cannot access your computer again until you authorise a new session.
